I've read all that she's written.
I loved this story. Loved watching Nic find out that loving someone is okay. She is more like what guys are in these stories while Josh is more like the girl characters. I liked that role reversal. Josh was kind, funny, filerty, and so patient. He is what she needed. I adored her group of friends......they were the best suppoery group.
Amy......we need another story.....maybe something like your ff football story!!!

Loved it. Couldn't read it fast enough.
I should know better than to read anything by Amy in public! The giggling is always embarrassing. Such a fun read I can't wait until she publishes more
Amy is a great writer. My only complaint is I wish she would write more. I discovered her FANFICTION and I love her how she writes a great story along with a sense of humor.
This book had me LMAO! I love Nicole (aka Nic) and her girlfriends. They all are hilarious and the emotions Nic went thru is similar to many out there. Then came Josh. A man like him who can handle a girl like Nic is the man for her. I loved reading it.
Read this book in one sitting. Who can't relate to closing yourself off to protect yourself! Nic is a funny protagonist. And Josh is her perfect match. Watching her attempt to keep him at bay and his constant perusing is a joy. The dialogue be it spoken, email, text, or mental is a delight. I will read anything else by Amy Noelle.
I've read so many of Amy Noelle's works, and I've never been disappointed. Code Red is another that captured my heart and kept my attention until the final page when I was still hoping for more. By the end, I felt I had known her characters years instead of the day and a half it took me to read Code Red. I was angry, frustrated, giddy, and on occasion I laughed out loud. Never fear, Amy includes her ever-present feline friends, though their personalities don't shine through quite as much as in prior works. All in all, if you're looking for a well written, character driven romance without unnecessary fluff or drama, Code Red is the book for you.
I have been a fan of Amy for a while now. I became acquainted with her work through fanfic where her stories, with the perfect blend of sex and humor never failed to entertain. The woman is seriously funny. The dialogue moves along quickly and never sounds forced. You have had all these same conversations with your go-to friends. Once she took the step to write her first novel I knew I had to buy it.

Having had her heart broken in college Nicole is determined that no one is ever going to do that again. She constructs walls around her emotions to protect herself. She has a job she loves, good friends, and two very personable cats. Who needs more? Enter Josh who throws her well constructed life into turmoil and slowly and methodically sets siege to those walls. I know, you have heard this plot line before, but their journey toward each other will captivate you from beginning to end. The author may have cut her teeth and sharpened her skills writing fanfic, but this novel isn't "Mommy Porn" - although once the two of them click the author proves her self more than capable writing their totally hot sexy times - there is a terrific story here that you will find nearly impossible to put down. It would have made a terrific Meg Ryan movie. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
